Dear customers, dear business partners,

 

Containing the coronavirus pandemic puts our society and economy to the test. As a company, we bear responsibility in this difficult situation for the assets entrusted to us by our clients and for protecting the health of our employees. We are aware of this double responsibility and act accordingly.

 

As your asset manager, it is our task to manage this crisis calmly and with foresight. In the current situation, it is therefore our most important concern to continue to provide you with all services in the usual quality and scope.

 

We have therefore taken extensive measures in advance to ensure that we always remain fully capable of acting and that all processes continue to function as before:

 

Processes in all areas run unchanged:

Our teams in portfolio management, risk management, compliance and trading continue to work - albeit under different circumstances - with the same high standards of quality. Of course, this also applies to all other areas that are a little further away from the front office, such as our colleagues in our KVG, in reporting, in IT or in marketing. 

 

Accessibility assured:

As you know from us up to now, your contact persons in sales are also available for you at any time. You can reach us by phone or email. Personal meetings are unfortunately no longer possible under the given circumstances. In the meantime, customer meetings and presentations take place via video and telephone conferences; a new experience, but one that quickly became established.

 

Robust infrastructure:

In advance, we tested and ensured the resilience, reliability and data security of our IT systems, front office and risk management systems. 

 

New core team arrangement:

We currently work in two physically separated teams consisting of a reduced core team on site and a second team in the home office. Thus, we are prepared for all eventualities. In the event of a complete shutdown, all employees can continue their work in the home office. 

 

Deferment of business trips and events:

Keeping your distance is the order of the day. In order to protect your health and the health of our employees, we will refrain from all business trips, personal customer meetings and events until further notice.

 

Since Lupus alpha was founded, the interests of our customers have been at the center of our activities. Our aim is to meet your high-quality requirements for our products and services, regardless of the phase the markets are currently in.

 

Whatever the coming weeks and months may bring, we are always there for you and will be happy to support you in your investment decisions.
